1564 da Berhards Vatrer tot war, hatte der Onkel Aleff Huesmann das Lehensguth Synscheid fuer ihn und seine Geschwister verwaltet und war vom Abt belehnt w9orden. Im Jahre 1565 trat Aleff Husemann die Belehenung an seinen nun grossjaehrigen Neffen ab. Im Jahre 1581 wurde Berhard Sinscheid erneut mit dem Guth belehnt, da der Abt verstorben war.
